As we live our lives in the arms of freedom and prosperity, there are men and women from all walks of life who have chosen to wear a uniform and to stand strong to protect and defend us. Thanks to the men and women who have sacrificed their lives for us, we have our freedom.
We owe them our unyielding support, loyalty and gratitude. The Sunset Hills Historical Society has formed a committee to bring one of the most unforgettable events to this region; one that will not be forgotten. The American Veterans Traveling Tribute will be on display from June 12th to June 16th at Lindbergh High School.
We want to bring the AVTT Traveling Wall to our region and bring our communities together to Honor, Respect and Remember those who have served and given the ultimate sacrifice for their country and to educate all in the Cost of Freedom! This also allows those without the means or ability to travel to our great national memorial site, in Washington D.C., to pay respect and share in the experience of honoring our Vietnam veteran heroes.
We would like to give you the opportunity to be a contributor for this tribute to those who have already given us the ultimate sacrifice!
