The Show-Me Hero Salute project to bring the AVTT Traveling Wall to St. Louis has been heavily supported by the Lindbergh Schools. Early on, the Show-Me Hero Salute accepted the Lindbergh Schools’ offer to host the AVTT Traveling Wall.
The Lindbergh Schools are central to the effort in providing the facilities needed, much infrastructure support, man power, man hours, material and supplies to bring and host the AVTT Traveling Wall display. From Lindbergh Schools Superintendent, Dr. Jim Simpson, through Lindbergh High School principal Ron Helms, to Karl Guyer, Executive Director of Planning and Development, and his staff, Lindbergh Schools staff have been working hard to ensure the best hosting possible of the AVTT Traveling Wall. Beth Johnson, head of Community Relations, also is working on the project.
Karl Guyer attends every Show-Me Hero Salute committee meeting and is always the person with the answers, or will get the answers. He always works patiently with the committee to make sure the event can be held in the manner the committee envisions, or he explains why it can not be done. Thank you, Karl!
